I've found that the plain Chobani greek yogurt tastes so much like sour cream that I use it on my baked potatoes or in mashed potatoes and on nacho's and taco's instead of sour cream. That way I up my protein intake and probiotic's without all the fat from sour cream!

  • my son's developmental pediatrician suggested 4 oz of greek yogurt with 1 oz of dark chocolate and 2 or 3 teaspoons of honey to make chocolate pudding, it is really good and low in calories. I melted the chocolate in the microwave added the honey and mix then added it to the yogurt and mix it with my handblender. put it back in the fridge for at least 15 min so is nice and cold!   • I am with you on this. I always have plain Chobani on hand. I add fruit to eat it as a meal, use it as a topping on soups, mix it with spices to use as a dressing and I also mix it in my mashed potatoes instead of cream and butter. There are so many ways to use it. Two of the best things are one container in the frig and it is cheaper the larger the size you purchase. - by MARTHASC
