Dark Chocolate

Eating a piece of dark chocolate everyday has actually helped me lose weight! When I know that I have this little treat everyday, I don't feel deprived of sweets and it definitely prevents indulgence. Plus, it really makes me happy!

There is a little trick I have though: not to chew and swallow quickly, but to savor every flavor in it emoticon

    Yes! High-quality dark chocolate has antioxidants and other good stuff, and it makes me feel pampered rather than deprived. Besides, after that rich taste, mere sugary desserts just don't seem appealing.
