Pasta is a healthy option for those aiming for weight loss, when consumed in the right amount. Use Wheat or Dreamfield's Pasta. A cooked potion should be the size of a computer mouse. Mix your pasta with Spianch leaves/ Just pour olive oil in a skillet & put chopped spinach in it, with dried chillies& cloves of garlic, add pasta & grated cheese. I sometime would meet over weight people and I would strike up a conversation, then get straight to point and ask 'Do you mind if I could you some advice on weight loss?' Sometime they say 'Yes' and sometime 'No'. Once the answer is 'Yes" I would tell them what I am doing and the way I cook my meals. People are glad and seeking advice when it comes to weight loss and eating healthy. You should try it especially in the Supermarkets.
The moment I decided to cut back on bread, potatoes & pasta, the weight loss increased significantly. I am not only Italian & love my pasta, but I'm also "carbo girl" & can eat bread plain w/o butter. I made the decision to limit bread & pasta to just twice a week .
