Pasta is a healthy option for those aiming for weight loss, when consumed in the right amount. Use Wheat or Dreamfield's Pasta. A cooked potion should be the size of a computer mouse. Mix your pasta with Spianch leaves/ Just pour olive oil in a skillet & put chopped spinach in it, with dried chillies& cloves of garlic, add pasta & grated cheese. Avoid using excessive butter or vegetable oil. If you have leftover meat or vegetables, just use them with pasta to create a new meal option. YUM!

Love, Love, Love Dreamfield's...it looks, tastes, and has the same texture as regular pasta. Wheat pasta spikes my blood sugar, but Dreamfield's does nothing to it! (it only has 5 grams of effective carbs in a serving). I cook it for the entire family and add sausage, chicken, lots of spinach, any veggies we have on hand, a little parm, Greek yogurt...anything that's there! The kids can never tell the difference, but my glucose meter can!

This wouldn't fly with my diabetic husband who views the entire pound box as his portion.
