after every meal I drink a huge glass of water and take a brisk walk, or I keep moving around the house. I do the dishes, do laundry, stay busy busy busy. exersize and water are the best ways to get sugar levels down. If you do this immediately then you dont get the sugar spikes and you usually wont have to do anything else to get levels back down
