PMS is the worst thing to me, some time it pulled me not to do exercises. But I kick my butt to think that this PMS I felt need to do exercises. My secrets it feels me good, and I don't felt my PMs again after my exercises.
I done warm up and splits and taekwando kicks 7 days a week for 60 minutes. After my daily exercises physical work to our contraction. I loose weight as well as I have new coming greenhouse. Its a double success and one of my secrets keep exercises. It makes me feel good.
