    hi, make an appointment with yourself, put it in your diary each day and STICK to it . 30 mins you deserve them xx.

  • Change can be hard. Look at your day, your entire day from when you get up until when you go to bed. FInd 5 minutes to do some activity-try a 5 minute walk. Or, move your body while you listen to music. Start small and go from there. - by CHEMARKMOM
