Diet soda is nothing but trouble, especially for those of us who become addicted.
If you quit drinking diet soda and replace it with water and/or tea with no artificial sweetener, you will be amazed at how much easier it is to stick to your diet plan. I lost 5 pounds of bloating the first week I quit diet soda. I was drinking anywhere from 3 to 10 cans of soda a day. Not good!
