Get Rid Of Diet Soda Addiction!




Diet soda is nothing but trouble, especially for those of us who become addicted. emoticon

More Information:

If you quit drinking diet soda and replace it with water and/or tea with no artificial sweetener, you will be amazed at how much easier it is to stick to your diet plan. I lost 5 pounds of bloating the first week I quit diet soda. I was drinking anywhere from 3 to 10 cans of soda a day. Not good!

  • I gave up Diet Coke a year ago. DH has switched to Coke Zero, which is no better, but I'm finding I can live without it, now! I was so addicted before that I would crave a Diet Coke for thirst. I now like water better. I have not given up my coffee, which I find to be not as addicted to as the Diet Coke, so it wasn't the caffeine fix I missed. hmmm?

    I am addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper it's part of my morning and evening routine. I can stop drinking it but will switch to sweet tea. I think i am just trading one addiction to another. But I need that caffine fix. I hate it but I need it. I do try and drink a lot of flavored water at work though. - by FORME_NOW
  • Last summer I gave up Diet Cokes, but went back to them in March. Yesterday I gave them up again. I am on my second day without and plan on continuing. Instead, I drink water and have had one unsweetened tea each day. Thanks! - by TLJ004
