This post is so true. I can't tell u how many day 1s I have had. I just glad that I have begun to have faith in my self. I kept journals and was able to see where I went wrong. I am slowly but surely losing the weight. I am grateful I did throw in the towel.

I work on the principle that however busy I am today I'll have even less time tomorrow - so don't put things off!
I am getting the house ready for Thanksgiving and I am dancing all over the house while I work to get ready to be bad (within reason) tomorrow. Will still track calories tomorrow and try to exercise. Good luck everyone. 334
