I am a true believer in moderation as a method for weight loss, if I want a brownie or some BBQ ribs, then I do. I eat in moderation, and I do some kind of exercise daily. I've lost 20lbs and I've yet to feel deprived emoticon

    I agree. It comes down to a life style change - diets aren't forever but life style changes are!
