It's summer time. One of the most effective ways to tone up and slim down is to simply walk, so get outside! I have been walking daily (wearing Tone-Up shoes to boot..) and I feel great and it gives me a chance to get away and enjoy time to myself with my iPod.

    i wear tone up shoes when i walk and they seem to bother my knees and lower back, some. do you have this problem?

    Yes. Get outside and walk and enjoy the weather.
