Every time I go to the kitchen at work for food (5x a day) I add quick exercises.
15 Wall Pushups
15 Closed Arm Wall Pushups
20 Calf Raises from a step

I've noticed that I can do more regular pushups since I started my quick exercises throughout my work day.

  • I put my laundry supplies on the top shelf. So each time I have to get 1 item I do 10 arm stretches on each arm. Then use the item as a dumb bell 10 times on each arm before heading over the the washing machine. Thanks for sharing. - by SHELLYKOCH1
