Quick Exercises Add Up!

Every time I go to the kitchen at work for food (5x a day) I add quick exercises.
15 Wall Pushups
15 Closed Arm Wall Pushups
20 Calf Raises from a step

I've noticed that I can do more regular pushups since I started my quick exercises throughout my work day.

    Every time I wait for the kettle to boil I get two cans of soup and do arm exercises and sometimes squats.

    I work from home and try to do a couple of minutes on the exercise bike every time I visit the bathroom :)

    I do the same thing for every bathroom break. I also refill my water. I do wall pushups, squats and lunges.

    wall push ups are great. Appear easy but boy, you can really feel it after about 50 of them!

    I put my laundry supplies on the top shelf. So each time I have to get 1 item I do 10 arm stretches on each arm. Then use the item as a dumb bell 10 times on each arm before heading over the the washing machine. Thanks for sharing.
