I've been using this site for over 3 months now. I can say the thing I do I this program over any others is I keep rereading The Spark as well as updating my Spark Page and goals at least once a month. It keeps everything fresh and allows me to acknowledge what it is I need to do to stay focused.

Pick one change to make toward your goal and stick to it. Example: drink the water or track the food, or do cardio. And most of all stop beating yourself up for a mistake!! Just do it one little tiny change at a time and be excited about every little step you make toward a better LIFESTYLE!
