I learned this trick awhile ago. When I fill my water bottle up, I add 1 tsp Benefiber. Since I refill my bottle 3 more times daily, that means I have 4 tsp Benefiber total. It adds up to 60 calories. There's no taste, excellent for your health, and the extra fiber is like taking a appetite suppressant. Try it for a week, you'll feel the difference and your scale will show it also.

I have found out recently that there is a solution to being hungry throughout the day. EAT more often! I began scheduling my meals 2 - 3 hours apart and drinking a bottle of water with each meal. I also made sure that my meals consisted of fruits, vegetables, and meats, eliminating all processed foods. Not once have I felt hungry with this plan. Do I desire the old foods, of course? Do I cave to the desires? 95% of the time NO! Because I don't need them. Weight loss is moving towards my goal.
The benefits of eating this way is a steady (but slow) weight loss, never feeling hungry, and content with what I eat.
