The title states how I felt when I started making a recipe & had already gone to the store, just to find out, I was out of something (happen to be garlic salt)! GRRRR! You know you've been in that situation before. There's a website called foodsubs.com which I used to make a GOOD substitute for it. In my situation, it had variations of garlic, then gave me the substitute/recipe of how to make it. If it a shot & see what you think! :) It may even save you some money!

I've recently started "big batch" cooking using modified recipes from a 30 day cooking book and recipes from my own healthy cookbooks. I spend one or two days cooking, freeze each meal with cooking instructions, and I'm set for two weeks at a time. It really helps eliminate those last-minute runs to the fast food place because dinner is already done!
Even though the book that inspired me is for once-a-month cooking, I only do once every two weeks. It fits my time schedule and budget better.
Sometimes when I am exercising I feel like I want to quit. I think I'm sweating ,I've already did 10 mins Etc
I have managed to accomplish my 30 mins everyday. I try ot put the negative out of my mind and picture myself dancing would i quit in the middle of a song NO. Next thing I know my 30 mins are up
Hi what I've been doing every day is to tell my self " Hey I've already lost this weight" or " I'm feeling the weight going and I'm looking better already" and other similar comments. I'm speaking POSITIVE over my self and that keeps me going. I feel the weight is already gone!!!
A lot of us (Especially me) say hurtful things in our self conscious like, you are looking so fat, look at those thighs, you fat pig and we would not tell our friends and family such bad things. Why do it to our selves then? Say I look hot today or you are losing the weight and slowly it will help
