Tired of drinking water ... step it up a little, put a few drops of lime or lemon juice in it OR a slice of lime or lemon. You may even want to keep a container of water in your fridge ready to pour; already cold.

Okay, okay, we've all heard a million times how important hydration is when exercising. I know this! 30 minutes into my walk in the desert when the temperature was under 100 degrees, I was tired, hot & noticed I wasn't sweating very much. Nobody but me, giant saguaros & the trail ahead. My h20
ran out when I was still 20 minutes from home. 2 hours after I was safely home, I realized I had not had enough water to drink BEFORE I started my hike. My usual water was NOT ENOUGH when I was starting out already under watered! Lesson learned! WATER, WATER, WATER! 91
