Healthy eating is Very important to weight loss. This including not only eating fruits and vegetable but also taking care to consume an appropriate amount of fats and benificail Fatty acids. Even saturated fats are important to your over all health.

For me personally, i got the results I wanted by upping my fat intake incuding saturated fat which is very important for keeping your hormones in balance.
