Every Sunday I plan out my exercise for the week. I keep everything in Google Calendar. I look at the schedules for my gym, as well as my personal schedule, and plan out all my workouts. Once it is in my calendar, I treat it as an appointment that I cannot miss.

If I put exercise in my schedule as a MUST, then fit everything else arould it. A BIG ROCK is very difficult to move. If I don't do this, it always gets pushed out of the way.

Instead of cluttering up your mind thinking about something, maybe even beating yourself up for procrastinating, schedule a time to do the task. Mark it on your calendar! Treat it as if you would a doctor's appointment. Prepare and show up!
Schedule your weekly exercise routine and consider it an appointment. With 3 kids and a full time job, my biggest excuse was always "No Time". Scheduling exercise helped me plan my weekly routine and hold myself accountable.
