Always get your exercise in first thing in the morning - Why? If you don't there are always other things that will become a priority - giving you excuses not to exercise - Exercising first things frees up the day for the rest of life to happen. JUST DO IT!!!

I always, always, always exercise first thing in the morning. Either a brisk walk (before breakfast even!) or an aqua fit class on the way to work. If I don't do it first thing, it's too easy to make excuses.
