Prepare your foods at home without adding the extra sodium. When using can foods, make sure to strain the water out and wash the food item before adding it to your meal

So many of your favorite restaurant and supermarket foods are loaded with sodium. Drive warm water after eating your meal and not cold water.

    It amazes me how much salt they add to prepared/canned foods. rinsing all your canned foods is never a bad idea.
