If you are not losing weight or stop losing weight reassess what you are eating and the exercise you are doing. Make sure you are working out at the right intensity and that your diet is healthy and just the right amount of calories. Too little or too many can stop weight loss.
When you stop losing weight despite sticking to your regular routine that made you lose weight in the first place... Shock your body!! It can be having a little treat for lunch, or a completely new gym class, or changing your breakfast.
After a while my body gets use to the exercises that I am doing and stops losing weight. I find if I do new different types things my body kicks into gear again and starts to lose pounds. Try this when you get stuck.
