Exercise In The Morning

It's hard, but I find that if I exercise in the morning I feel motivated to be healthy for the rest of the day. After a good morning workout I eat healthier all day, drink more water, and feel more energetic. If I wait until the evening, I snack during the day and think to myself 'I'll make it up later tonight when I workout'. Then I'm too tired and discouraged by the time workout time comes around.

    Wow! That is a great routine. I really agree with your comment about unexpected situations. Getting it done in the morning allows for things like...the toilet flooding, needing to go grocery shopping, a sick child...in other words, LIFE.

    I start my day at 5 am (weekdays) and 6 am (weekends) with a 40 minute workout followed by a bath and half hour meditation. I'm full of energy and ready to start my work day by 7 am. Yes, I take a 2-3 mile walk later in the day when I want to take a break from work but if unexpected situations pop up a workout has already been completed.
