When I signed up for SP I liked the information I read and the group I joined ,the welcome and the advice from everyone respond to my introduction. I love so much the support that gave the motivation to start to log in more often looking for more contact .SP helped me to watch what I am eating and my portion ,I am drinking more water than before .Could you keep a secret I am going to exercise today for the first time after I joined SP .Thank you all

Drink water, lots of it. Before you start to eat your meal drink some water. Then while you are eating drink more water. It is hard to get off of flavored drinks but once you get use to having water with your meal you will notice how much less calories you are taking it by just drinking water!
Water is also a great snack. Remember that.
