Blend the green vegetables and get a nice drink, use vegetables like, ginger root, celery, cucumber, parsley, apple, spinach, lime and lemon, you don't need any sugar or sugar substitute. This is tasty and delicious. emoticon emoticon

You can chill it in the fridge and use a glass full a day. This is high in fiber, low in calories and rich in vitamins. You will be satisfied and filled for hours. emoticon
