Blend the green vegetables and get a nice drink, use vegetables like, ginger root, celery, cucumber, parsley, apple, spinach, lime and lemon, you don't need any sugar or sugar substitute. This is tasty and delicious.
You can chill it in the fridge and use a glass full a day. This is high in fiber, low in calories and rich in vitamins. You will be satisfied and filled for hours.

I add vegetables anywhere I think they will fit. To sloppy joes I added carrots, celery and onions. Add broccoli to any and all pasta dishes. Even Hamburger Helper which I use sparingly, gets some vegetable additions.
I have found that if I throw a cup of frozen vegetables in a container in the morning before heading to work. When lunch comes I just throw low cal/low fat soup in with them and it makes a hearty meal.
