I was tired of sitting at my desk ALL day with very little activity. So I founded a walking club at work! Also, each time I get up to use the bathroom, I do a set of an exercise I choose at the beginning of the day. Air squats, pushups, burpees. It keeps me moving!

    I'm retired now, but when I worked, I always used a restroom 2 floors above or 2 floors below me and walked the stairs to get there and back.
