Secrets of Success

Peggy Cappy Easy Yoga For Arthritis

My arthritis is mild, but I have pain from sciatica and bone pain from cancer. This workout is easy and gentle on the joints, and it's for any age. The gentle stretching really helps with my back pain. You can do the workout standing, seated, or standing and using a chair for support.

Sounds like a workout I would enjoy (especially on those days when my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue make it difficult to get motivated and moving). Stretching is so relaxing, and I have made it a regular part of my daily routine (I try and do some stretching several times throughout the day). - by SUNSPARKER

I just purchased this video from I love it! My knees are shot, I'm scheduled for bilateral knee replacement in November and I have fibromyalgia. They have a section where you sit in a chair, stand and lay on the floor, if you are able. It is well worth the $15. bucks! emoticon - by COLLEENI28
