My arthritis is mild, but I have pain from sciatica and bone pain from cancer. This workout is easy and gentle on the joints, and it's for any age. The gentle stretching really helps with my back pain. You can do the workout standing, seated, or standing and using a chair for support.

    Sounds like a workout I would enjoy (especially on those days when my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue make it difficult to get motivated and moving). Stretching is so relaxing, and I have made it a regular part of my daily routine (I try and do some stretching several times throughout the day).

    Thank you for spreading the word about Peggy Cappy's DVDs. Even when I am having pain, I find I am able to do her workouts!

    I just purchased this video from I love it! My knees are shot, I'm scheduled for bilateral knee replacement in November and I have fibromyalgia. They have a section where you sit in a chair, stand and lay on the floor, if you are able. It is well worth the $15. bucks! emoticon

    yoga is somthing that really helped me, I have fibro, and low back pain, and arthritis.
reading this really wants me to get back at it. i need to stop letting myself down nd fight harder through the pain and depression. thanks so much

    I'll have to check it out as I have the arthritis in my low back with scoliosis.
