Studies have demonstrated that people who eat a plant-based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, & whole grains have a significantly lower risk of developing many types of cancers and certainly chronic disease. Pineapple helps Breast and lung cancers. Green & black teas are good for their cancer fighting abilities. Eat berries, tomatoes, garlic, pumpkin.
