Foods either increase inflammation or reduce it. One of the difficulties of staying on a anti-inflammatory diet is snacks. Fruits are the best snack to reduce inflammation. Eat less red meat and more chicken, fish, turkey, flaxseed, wheat germ, walnuts & sunflower seeds. Stop the refined carbs and see how much better you feel!
