Each person's success is based on how well he or she can realistically integrate a diet into daily life. A low carb diet, is not successful for everyone.A low carb diet is difficult to stick to. Low carb is good for most diabetics along with metformin.

My doc has suggested a low carb diet. I do not have diabetes, but MS and high blood pressure. I have started gathering information and made some steps to start, but I live an incredibly busy life style. Am having issues with which veggies and fruit have the lowest carbs--i live on these in my car! Any ideas??

It's a lot easier to stick to if you don't go 'out' to eat anywhere. Since my diagnosis of Celiac, it's amazing how my carb macros dropped (unintentionally).
