This Sparked Me!

It takes less than five (5) minutes to make this nutritious breakfast. Oats & water in microwave oven 2.5 minutes, while you cut up banana, put flax seed, and protein powder in a bowl, add cooked oatmeal. Delicious & Nutritious!!

1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Country Oats
1 tbsp flax seed
2 tbsp protein powder
Banana

    Wow~what a great idea to add protein powder! My favorite is Jay Robb's, although it cost an arm and leg at Whole Foods! emoticon

    Blueberries are also good instead of the banana. This is one of my favourite breakfasts.
