Mix 1tsp.of Corn Starch(Corn Flour) in 1tbsp.of Milk to make a smooth paste.Blend this well with the Egg Whites from 3 Jumbo Eggs.Season to liking and scramble. The addition of the Milk+Corn starch will make the Eggs soft and there will be no watery discharge from the Scrambled Eggs.
People like me who are forced to eat only Egg Whites need to vary the ways of cooking these. This way I get a firmer but softer and fluffier Scrambled Eggs.
A super easy glass cleaner that dose just as well if not better is as follows. Take a spray bottle and fill half with warm water. Add two tbsp. of corn starch and fill the rest of the bottle with equal parts vinegar and rubbing alcohol. Shake well before each use as corn starch will settle. Try a batch I bet you will love it!
Use newspaper to save on paper towels and get a much better clean!
I use 2 tablespoons Hellmenn's light mayo with apple cider vinegar. I use a little apple cider vinegar to make the mayo more thinner, than add garlic or mustard for flavor. You can change the consistence with the apple cider.
I like to make this because it's less calories and no high furtose corn syrup
