No matter what the scale says, it doesn't change how you feel or how you look. In fact, it means very little in the grand scheme of things. Expect nothing and any loss will be a pleasant surprise and cause for celebration.
The number on the scale is dependent upon many factors besides fat loss. It does not necessarily reflect the amount of effort you put in. If you feel good and your fitness is improving and your clothes are loose- don't let the scale change your attitude or get you down.
