Recently I figured out a great way to use SP and still get my exercise on. I put my computer on my dresser and play tunes. I dance during the fast songs and stretch during the slow. My dresser is the perfect height for me to still type/ use my mouse and dance. Pandora radio is a great site that allows you to create stations that play what you like. You can also search for free online work out music via google. Let's get up and get moving. Who says computer time has to be stationary?
Recently discovered Last.FM and Slacker Radio. Lots of great places to get great workout music.

As I drive to and from work I dance to the music on the radio. It started with sucking in my stomach and stretching my back and has advanced to swaying, twisting and contracting my butt. The 45 minute drive doesn't seem so long, my back no longer hurts when I drive and I am wearing a smaller size pant.
One of the Spark aricles call this "car dancing" I am referring o it as "butt dancing".
Trick yourself into exercising by using the Wii or similar device. Get moving for a small amount of time and then build up to 60 plus minutes. Soon you will enjoy exercise and want to try other things.
I like Just Dance 1 and 2, My Fitness Coach, and Gold's Gym Dance Workout.
