Avoiding Procrastination and Lack of Determination
9 mo. ago, I was on a roll. I walked everyday & I felt terrific! I was burning more calories than I would eat in a day which helped me lose more weight. Then life happened & I put off what I could do tomorrow. However, tomorrow never came. Don't stop doing what works, jump back up and keep walking.

Also, I have noticed that if I walk on my treadmill before I eat, I am more aware of what and how much I am eating. If I am going to eat a high calorie meal, I try to walk & burn off the calories before I eat. I tend to not eat as much after walking, because I know what it took to burn off calories.
I am not dieting, I have a certain amount of calories a day, I eat 5-6 small meals a day but I do eat what I want if I want pizza I buy a one serving pizza and cut it in half with a piece of fruit and I am happy, or I buy the fatfree hotdogs, put them on diet bread for two it is 150 calories for bread and hotdogs so I am not neglecting what I want
