I always like to exercise at night ~ real late. Recently I have been getting out of work at 5 and walking 4 miles BEFORE I go home. ( once I sit down in front of the TV ~ its all over for me ). The great thing about exercising before you go home and eat dinner..... you don't want to eat as much!!!
A work buddy helps too!!! For those days you just are not into it.
Keep more than one workout partner. Whenever possible, use all of them, but when someone can't make it, you still have a partner to work out with so you won't have that as an excuse to not go. It helps all of you to stay motivated to go to have more than one person to answer to if you don't go.
I use my two sisters and my mother as workout buddies.
