Remember to eat your vegetables and fruits of red, white and blue. I know it is the 4th July, but drink lots of water instead of soda and alcohol. You will be happy later that you did. Have lots of fun in the sun playing games with your family and friends.

Red potatoes have lower calories & higher protein than white potatoes. Both fat-free and high in fiber & potassium. They also contain vitamin C, iron and calcium. There is also less starch in a red potato. Better bar far is a sweet potato, but if you must have a red potato before chosing white.
