I've been trying to avoid the sugary-sweet cereals that I used to get and instead have been buying cheerios, rice krispies, corn flakes, etc. While they're favorites of mine, they can taste bland after repeated breakfasts. I spice it up with a sprinkle of cinnamon (and maybe splenda). It's an instant boost for my taste buds, so I don't miss those other breakfast cereals.

    I love Multi Grain Cheerios and all I add is Skim Milk. I even eat them for a snack in the even dry. They are better than popcorn or something worse.
