I love nontraditional breakfast foods including fish, cucumbers, etc. To me nothing is more boring than traditional cold cereal with milk. I definitely will go see this recipe.

Wear light weight clothing & stay out of the heat. Remember water (hydration) helps transport blood glucose,& it needs to get to your cells. A decrease in hydration can cause health problems.When blood sugar is high you will urinate more & worsen dehydration..DRINK LOTS OF WATER! PLEASE
