I find that listening to my favorite tunes while working out, gives me the motivation to get through that particular workout period. So - find a way to fit your fav tunes into your workout too, and trust me - you'll hum & sing your way to the end of your workout, with a much more happier temperament.

Reward yourself with small things you are allowed to do again!
I have rewards for each kilo lost, and most rewards are not money related, but I reward myself with things I love to do, and I am not allowed to do them again until I reach a certain goal. For example paint my nails, watch my fav video, listen to my fav song, pluck my eyebrows, read the new book I bought etc.
It really works, and since it´s so cheap I can have many rewards on the same goal!
