I couldn't live without my stick blender (immersion blender)- Makes smoothies and soups so much easier to prepare when you don't have to transfer from the blender and clean up is a breeze!
Even though I love to cook, sometimes (ok... lots of times) I just don't have the time. I find that if I seal boneless skinless chicken breasts in individual foil packets with ingredients such as garlic, onion, vegetables, and spices and bake it at 425 for 30-35 minutes that the chicken always turns out moist and flavorful with lots of juices. I place the packets on a baking sheet for easy cleanup, and if there are leftovers, they are already wrapped and ready to go into the fridge!
There is no need for oil with this cooking method, though if you wanted to you could certainly add a little.
