I tried the blueberry frosted and the chocolate mini wheats. I recently started eating the regular ones, never l iked them before but find now that they are not bad and very filling, good amount of fiber. The flavored ones have a very artificial and plastic flavor. I should not be surprised, but I thought I'd give them a shot. Would not recommend.
Frosted Mini Wheats. Any flavor has 180 calories per serving. When you snack on half that is 90 calories. They are fiber filled and when you drink water with them the fiber relieves hunger for quite some time! Hope you all enjoy my super fiber boost secret! Good luck!
I eat a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with FF Milk everyday. Protein and fiber keep me full and moving! You have to eat to get the calories for energy to BURN!!!
