Stick To One Thing




Doing all the things that makes you lose weight gets difficult at times and when you fail one then you may throw out all the other. Try to stick to 1 until that one becomes a habit. Then add another.

    exactly it :-). if u go hell for leather from the beginning, a diet and exercise strategy can become too much after the honeymoon period. I changed my eating habits for 3months before introducing cardio into my day. I am now on the path to a new me and i can truly say now that i am committed, it isnt just a phase :-) - by TAKESTIMEMUMMA
