    exactly it :-). if u go hell for leather from the beginning, a diet and exercise strategy can become too much after the honeymoon period. I changed my eating habits for 3months before introducing cardio into my day. I am now on the path to a new me and i can truly say now that i am committed, it isnt just a phase :-)
