Make cakes the old way: leave the mixer in the cupboard. Use the hand-mix method: 360 strokes. Do short counts on each hand. Altern. 50 strokes on each hand (3 times each hand); with 30 each hand the last round.

Cooking early in the morning. After I have my early morning workout and breakfast. I start cooking dinner. I get all of my prep work done ,chopping slicing, dicing,etc. Make salad ,put roast in the oven whatever. At dinner time all I have to do is heat and eat.

I organize time in my schedule to plan out my meals and workout routines. I'll typically plan out workouts as far as 1 month in advance & I use 1-2 hours on Saturday to plan my weekly meals, about 2 hours to shop, and 3-4 hours on Sunday to cook. It leaves me SO much more time during the week to get to other chores.
