Personally, I hate exercising! I don't feel "good," like everyone else does after they do it. And eating healthy, you could forget about it. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. So, as a way to help me, I made a "motivation board." I have my motivating quotes on it, pictures of things that I want to have (cute dresses, cute bikinis), and my mentors and idols (people I inspire to what to look like, body wise). I look at it when I wake up. It helps me stay motivated throughout the day!!
