I PLANNED for the birthday cake and sausage pizza together by adding their totals on the Nutrition tracker AHEAD of time so I could "spend' my calories wisely while still enjoying myself!

MORE INFORMATION:
note: I ate 2 pieces of cake/1slice pizza=lunch
2 slices of pizza/1piece of cake {choc.w/choc.filling} =dinner
Exercised ALOT the day before=Metabolism up high and running FOR me! I LOST .4 of a pound!

    You are absolutely right! And there are many advantage of losing weight while still living your life and enjoying special occasions. You don't feel deprived. You will learn the skills you need to maintain during the losing phase. You learn to handle challenging foods in moderation. Very smart.

    Thats the best. Its nice to know we can still live this life and be healthy at the same time. I personally find foods I use to crave not so great now just because my tasts have changed I'm counting on this to get me through all the summer bbq's.
