When you buy fresh fruit put some in single serving sizes and place in the freezer. Makes a great treat on a hot day, or a hot flash! Frozen fruit is hard to eat quickly so you really taste and enjoy the snack!

  • Oh yes! I freeze a lot of fruit, too.
The other day we had a huge watermelon that was too uch for us to eat and it would have spoiled. So we cut it up into bite size bits and then I measured out fourteen
1-cup servings into snack size baggies.
Next winter it'll be terrific to add these watermelon ice cubes to the blender with other frozen fruits.
Frozen fruit smoothies are one of my favorite treats.
