I Plan meals, track them here, and prep them before bed at night for the next day and I end up having a ton more success in meeting my cal/fat/carb/protein markers without having to run around like an idiot during the day! Works wonders for me, and I always have a little wiggle room if I want to add a little extra treat in my day somewhere!
