Everyone always says to cut out sodas, and drinks sweetened with sugar, but I've noticed HUGE bonuses to replacing the coffee I drink with tea. I still get my caffeine boost without having to add any sugar, cream, milk, or syrups!

If you use skim milk (say 2Tbsp a day) and sugar (say 1 tsp a day) in your coffee every day, by eliminating them you'll save about 756 calories over a 28 day period!

    Also if you aren't fond of the tea taste, a little honey over sugar helps a great deal and is better for you.

    I drink my coffee black. Good coffee doesn't need anything!
