Everyone always says to cut out sodas, and drinks sweetened with sugar, but I've noticed HUGE bonuses to replacing the coffee I drink with tea. I still get my caffeine boost without having to add any sugar, cream, milk, or syrups!

I use my drip coffee maker to make quick easy iced tea. Put 3-4 tea bags in the coffee filter and run through a carafe of water. Pour hot tea into a pitcher 1/2 full of ice and Viola... perfect iced tea!
