At least once a day, I put on my headphones and blast "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga. Regardless of your musical preferences, it is such a powerful message. I sit and take it all in, and I feel confident and motivated. Bonus - It is also a great workout song!

I didn't like cardio machines at the gym until I started switching every 15 min. I can do a whole hour on 4 different machines and it's a lot easier to manage then just the eliptical or tredmill for an hour.
There are tons of different machines so you can mix it up a lot of ways.
I eat the same breakfast every day to lower my cholestrol---oatmeal with usually some fruit. I used to put it in the Nutrition tracker every day til I realized I could SAVE SOME TIME & ENERGY by copying it a week ahead on the COPY CUSTOM FOODS above the meal listed [on the Nutrition Tracker] . That little amt. of time INVESTED has SAVED ME TIME and TIME AGAIN [pun intended!]. If I am making a big batch of food,say a SP recipe for chili, I can copy THAT CUSTOM FOOD for Dinner a week ahead ...
...or however many days!These ways of tracking food help KEEP me on the Nutrition Tracker and THAT helps keeps my goal weight maintained!
