  • I have done this for years with my kids. 2 boxes plain cheerios plus one box honey nut---same taste less sugar. - by RUNNINGAL425
  • This also works for snacking on Trail Mix, which is high in calories. I cut calories and pump up satiety by mixing in Trader Joe's Fiber twigs-like cereal. I sip non-fat milk as I snack, giving me a go-to meal I never tire of! - by MIMAWELIZABETH
  • This is doable emoticon - by PAPASNAPDRAGON
  • I learned this trick from a yoga retreat with my teacher. He would have me have breakfast with his family and he'd mix some of the kids sugary cereal with kashi . I have to say the though of mixing cereals shocked me, like when I was a kid and foods touched on my plate. Now that I'm lower on sugars it gives me a treat but gives me some good nutrition too - by RIPPEDPAUL1
  • That a great idea !! Thank you. - by PEABODYPEGGY
